Q. My school received two Anderson’s Customer Rewards merchandise certificates. Why?
A. Each school received two Anderson Customer Rewards letters with rewards merchandise certificate attached, one addressed to the school principal and one to the advisor. We did this to ensure that the greatest number of administrators and staff were aware of this great new program. These are duplicate letters and are not intended to be used twice. Only one Anderson’s Customer Reward merchandise certificate is redeemable per school during each redemption period.
Q. Does my merchandise certificate or 25% off coupon expire?
A. Yes. They both expire on June 30, 2010.
Q. Can my rebate (merchandise certificate) be applied toward shipping charges?
A. Yes. Your merchandise certificate can be applied toward merchandise and/or shipping. It is considered a type of tender.
Q. Can I use my 25% off coupon with other coupons or promotions?
A. No. The coupon cannot be used with any other coupons or promotions.
Q. Can I use my merchandise certificate with other promotions or coupons?
A. Yes. You can use your certificate with any other promotions from Anderson's. Your certificate is considered a form of payment.
Q. Do I have to use the entire amount of my rebate for one purchase?
A. No. You can apply as much as you desire toward your purchase. Anderson's will track what you have redeemed.
Q. I lost my merchandise certificate. What should I do?
A. No worries. Just give us a call. Anderson's will track your redemption and have your information on file.
Q. What's the difference between my rebate and my merchandise certificate?
A. Your merchandise certificate IS your rebate. Anderson's awards your school a rebate in the form of a merchandise certificate that is good toward the purchase of any Anderson's products.
Q. I received 25% off discount cards for Giant Party Store. What are they for?
A. These cards are for you, your family and co-workers. They are our way of rewarding you for your dedication and hard work. Use the cards as many times as you wish.

- Online: We cannot accept Rewards Merchandise Certificate with online orders.
